a dead grid turned into the booking channel
where it started
a busy studio with a page that did nothing. inconsistent, off-brand posting, treatments selling by word of mouth, and no way for someone new to understand what was on offer.
what we built
a full brand system, then a repeatable frame for every treatment so a new service could be announced in an hour. offer campaigns, captions rewritten around what people search, and a dm script so enquiries stopped going cold.
what moved
views and dm volume climbed month over month, and dms became where enquiries actually arrived — a channel that previously produced nothing.
02 · pilates & wellness studio
filling classes and workshops from the feed
where it started
a strong studio with a scattered feed. good light, good space, good instructors — and nothing that made a first-timer confident enough to book a trial.

the whole channel taken over: calendar, content, captions, posting. plus full workshop campaigns — announcement, teaser, instructor spotlight, last-call — on one visual frame.
what moved
reach and follower growth up, and workshops promoted almost entirely through the page rather than paid or word of mouth.
03 · dessert brand
one visual language across every surface
where it started
a very good product with no identity. every post, poster and sign looked like a different company, so attention earned in one place never carried to another.
what we built
a reusable system — palette, frame, border, wordmark — applied to signage, workshop posters, sold-out announcements, delivery reels and carousels built from photos sent on whatsapp.
what moved
recognisable at a glance, on the shelf and in the feed. new assets take a fraction of the time because the system decides most of it.
